I’ll create and configure your RSS feed via Captivate.FM so it works seamlessly with Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and anywhere listeners get their podcasts. Do I need a hosting platform for my podcast?
Definitely. A podcast host stores your audio files and creates the RSS feed that connects to listening apps. If you don’t already have a host, I’ll help you choose one that fits your needs and set it up for you, or I can make it simple and for a nominal fee, we set it up with Captivate.FM through my offering.
Can you upload podcasts to YouTube?
Yes, via standard RSS your episodes will appear as audio and with a static image of your Podcast Cover Art or Episode Art. If you’d like your podcast on YouTube, I can set up the feed so it appears on your Channel when each episode is published.
How long does it take for episodes to appear after uploading?
Once your podcast is set up, new episodes usually appear on Spotify and Apple Podcasts within a few hours (sometimes minutes!). For some platforms, it may take up to 24 hours. I’ll manage the uploads and make sure everything goes live smoothly.
Can you manage distribution for every new episode?
Absolutely. Many of my clients prefer me to handle ongoing uploads and publishing so they can focus on recording. I’ll make sure each episode is uploaded, formatted, and distributed consistently.
